Locations, hours and phone numbers from Tesla’s Find Us pages as we read them on 26 Oct 2026. PlaidCars is not affiliated with Tesla.
Tesla has two service centers in the UAE: Tesla Centre Dubai at 751 Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Quoz, and Tesla Centre Abu Dhabi on Al Muntazah Street. Both are also stores and delivery centers. Three more stores sell cars but do not fix them: City Centre Mirdif in Dubai, a pop-up at City Centre Al Zahia in Sharjah and a pop-up at Manar Mall in Ras Al Khaimah. You book service in the Tesla app, and Tesla says a mobile technician can fix most problems where the car is parked.
Start where you are

The hours are store hours as Tesla lists them; service appointments are set in the app. Tesla lists the same number for roadside assistance as for each center, and its service page says the roadside team answers 24/7. Tesla lists nothing in Ajman, Umm Al Quwain or Fujairah, and neither Sharjah nor Ras Al Khaimah has a service center, so for the northern emirates the nearest one is in Dubai.
Service starts in the Tesla app, and Tesla says most fixes come to you
Tesla runs service through the app, where you can schedule, change and cancel an appointment at any time and add details about your visit. Tesla says its mobile technicians can complete most repairs where you park; when they cannot, they pre-diagnose the car for faster service at the center. Tesla also runs remote diagnostics on the car.
- Describe the problem in the booking. A noise, a warning on the screen, a mark on the glass. By our read, a clear description helps Tesla judge whether a mobile technician can do the job.
- Ask for mobile service first. It saves the drive to Al Quoz or Al Muntazah for small jobs.
- Book a center when mobile service cannot fix it. Only the two Tesla Centres take cars in.
- Keep the app record. It is the service history the next buyer will ask for, and the one our pre-purchase checklist checks.
An imported Tesla gets serviced in the UAE too, but pays full price
Tesla UAE’s centers diagnose and repair imported Teslas, US, Chinese and Korean-spec included, and bill the owner at full rate, because Tesla’s warranty here covers cars first sold for the GCC. A GCC-spec Tesla carries 4 years or 80,000 km of basic cover and 8 years on the battery and drive unit. Our warranty guide has the full terms, and the GCC vs import guide covers what else an import gives up.
Tesla lists no collision center in the UAE, so ask your insurer first
Tesla’s Find Us page for collision centers in the UAE was empty when we read it on 26 Oct 2026. After a crash, call your insurer before you book anything: ask which body shop it uses for Teslas and whether it will pay for Tesla parts. Keep the body shop’s invoice; the next buyer will ask for it.
The Dubai center has a 4-stall Supercharger on site
Tesla Centre Dubai shares its address, 751 Sheikh Zayed Road, with a 4-stall, 250 kW Supercharger site that opened in mid-October 2026. Supercharging cost AED 1.26 per kWh in our October 2026 check. Every UAE site, with hours, is on our Supercharger page.
Our read: book in the app, ask for mobile service, and keep the record
I would book every repair in the app and ask for mobile service first; the two centers are for work a mobile technician cannot do. If you live in the northern emirates, count the drive to Dubai into the cost of owning a Tesla. If you are buying used, the app’s service history matters more than the seller’s story, and an import pays for every visit, even inside the warranty years.
