New Tesla prices in the UAE start at AED 144,990: every model and trim, October 2026
These are Tesla’s own prices for each trim, VAT included, as its UAE configurator showed them on 18 Oct 2026. Earlier reports by CARS24, ZigWheels, tbreak, EVS and The National give the same figures.

Model S and Model X are no longer on order. Tesla said on 28 January 2026 that it would end their production in the second quarter (Tesla earnings call, reported by CarPro), and its UAE pages for both now lead only to used cars from its own stock (Tesla UAE, 18 Oct 2026). Price lists that still show a new Model S or Model X are out of date; used ones are in the matrix below. When we configured a Model 3 and a Model Y on 18 Oct 2026, Tesla’s UAE site estimated delivery for April to May 2027. The Cybertruck has its own page on official price against grey imports.
The new Roadster has no UAE price yet. Tesla UAE takes AED 20,000 plus AED 190,000 within 10 days to reserve one; the terms are on our Tesla Roadster UAE page.
VAT is already in the price; Tesla’s AED 3,680 checkout fee, registration and insurance are not
UAE law requires prices shown to buyers to include VAT: “In the case of a Taxable Supply, the published prices shall be inclusive of Tax” (UAE VAT Executive Regulation, Cabinet Decision No. 52 of 2017, Article 27, Federal Tax Authority consolidated text, September 2026). Tesla’s prices follow it. tbreak read the Model Y L at AED 224,990 including VAT on the configurator (3 Jul 2026), and Tesla’s own purchase price sits a flat AED 3,680 above the trim price on every model, from AED 148,670 for the Model 3 to AED 408,670 for the Cybertruck (Tesla UAE configurator, 18 Oct 2026). Tesla calls it the “Destination & doc fee”. A 5% tax added on top would grow with the price; a flat amount cannot be VAT. CARS24 called the Model 3’s AED 144,990 “without VAT” (16 Jan 2026) but never printed a total with VAT added, and we treat that as a mistake. The VAT already inside each price:

Three more lines decide what you pay on the road. Insurance is separate from the list price, and ZigWheels notes that the final on-road price “may vary slightly based on insurance, registration, and optional accessories”. Options cost extra: on Tesla’s configurator the Wall Connector is AED 2,300 and Full Self-Driving Capability AED 28,100, or AED 419 a month, though Tesla says its supervised self-driving “is not yet available” here (18 Oct 2026). And price lists that quote AED 178,670 for a Model Y, as ZigWheels does, already include the AED 3,680 fee. Tesla’s fee data files it as a registration and documentation fee, so ask whether it covers your first registration, and get the full order summary line by line before you pay the order fee.
The six-seat Model Y L costs AED 224,990, on order since 3 July 2026
Tesla opened UAE orders for the Model Y L Premium on 3 July 2026 at AED 224,990 including VAT, AED 50,000 above the five-seat Model Y Premium RWD. Delivery dates differ by source: tbreak reports customer deliveries from November 2026, ArabWheels reports February to March 2027 (both 3 Jul 2026).
