Dubai Mobility Labs is the RTA's testing ground for self-driving and future mobility, opened in Sep 2026 at Dubai Silicon Oasis with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ). DEKRA runs it for its first three years. It offers 248 test scenarios plus public-road tests from Dubai Silicon Oasis toward Al Qudra, for testing, validation and certification.
